Faye shares, “We did a wedding cake for Brian Grimm. He has a band called the Konnarock Critters. He teaches violin and'all. Anyhow, the cake had to be taken all the way over White Top Mountain to Konnarock.
“I took the backseat out of my van for the cake, and we got lost three times getting there
“After driving for what seemed forever, we got to a big white storage building. Usually, after we set -up the cake, we don’t stay around for the reception, but at this wedding we did. Everyone there was a musician. Wayne Henderson was there. He plays guitar. In these little rooms in the storage building, there were groups of people sitting. There were hundreds of people there. Each little room had a group of musicians playing music." Faye adds with a grin, “We stayed a little longer that night than usual. It was unreal, unreal.”
