In Accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia's Certificate of Need Law and the Bylaws of the Northwestern Virginia Health Systems Agency, the RappahannockRapidan Subarea Health Advisory Council will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 9,1977, at 7:00 p.m. in the General District Courtroom, Culpeper Courthouse, 135 W. Camerson Street, Culpeper, Virginia to consider the addition of 12 beds at the Oak Springs Nursing Home.
The application may be viewed at the Northwestern Virginia Health Systems Agency, Inc., 2015 Ivy Road, Suite 314, Charlottesville, Va. 22903, 8:30 a m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Anyone wishing to speak is encouraged to submit a written statement of their comments to the council. Anyone wishing to speak concerning the proposed project will be heard.
