Slaughter
Graveside services for Margaret Anna Miller Slaughter of Richmond were held Saturday, at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper with the Rev. David Lewis of Richmond officiating.
Mrs. Slaughter, 66, died Oct. 26, 1977, in Richmond, where she had lived for the past 20 years.
Bom in Victoria, Va., she was the daughter of the late Hugh Byron and Cordie Ewing Miller of Rappahannock County. She spent her childhood in Sperryville and Flint Hill before moving to Culpeper County, where she graduated from high school.
Survivors include her husband, John M. Slaughter of Richmond, formerly of Culpeper; a son, John M. Slaughter, Jr., of Richmond; a daughter, Katherine S. McNett of Madison; and five grandchildren.
