Section 44-114.4 persently allows for women to be drafted into the National Guard to repel invasion of both foreign and domestic enemies within the states, in other states and they may be inducted into Federal Service for active duty. The ERA would mandate equal admittance standards and benefits in the military. Q. Will the ERA equalize women’s property rights?
