LEGAL NOTICES sworn petition with the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in which we will set forth the fact that the real estate held by the above mentioned church in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, has been in the undisputed possession of said church for a ; period of more than twentyfive (25) years and that the boundaries are as follows: Beginning at (A), an iron pipe parcel of land containing 20,503 square feet or 0.4707 acres. We will apply for the appointment of a Special Commissioners to make a conveyance with Special Warranty of Title conveying the title of the above described real estate to us as duly appointed trustees for said church.
