tablespoons flour, lemon juice and seasonings until well coated. Spoon into pie shell. In small bowl combine Vx cup flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter with pastry blender of fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over apples. Place pie in large brown heavy duty paper bag. Fold open end over twice. Seal with large paper clips. Preheat oven, 400 degrees F. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
If pie pan is sticky when removed from the paper bag, it may be placed in a clean pie pan for serving. One nice feature about this pie is that if it boils over, the juice will be in the bag and there will be no oven cleaning chore afterwards.

The Virginia Employment Commission is planning to offer, on a pilot basis, a new service to Virginians: a job placement bureau for farm positions, historically ignored by placement services.
Listings from both employers and prospective employees may be made confidentially. Although there are no degree requirements for applicants, the commission anticipates that most of the positions will be permanent ones at management level. The impetus for this project came from the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, which recommended the formation of a committee to plan the service.
