If you are a Virginia farmer and have not yet become certified to apply restricted pesticides, now is the time to do so!
Twenty-three widely used pesticides have been proposed for “restricted use” by the U. S.'Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The EPA felt these pesticides, including Temik, Guthion, Methyl Bromide, and Phosdrin, were being misused.
Only those farmers and commercial applicators who have been trained, licensed, and certified will be allowed to buy or use such restricted pesticides. The restricted-use
