Raney To Speak
C. J. Raney from Farfelu Vineyards in Flint Hill will join a host of notables from the world of wines at a Wine Society Conference on November 11 and 12 at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Raney was asked to address the conference on problems that small wineries encounter. His presentation is listed in the conference program as “The story of Farfelu, a new family winery in Virginia.” The Raney family began with planting a few vines ten years ago and have expanded their operation to include approximately 12 acres in grapes with a winery and sales outlet.
