A one-of-a-kind item—a needlepoint rug made by the skilled hands of Mrs. Kelly, Mrs. Norris, Mrs. Leffert Lefferts, Mrs. Bruce Nichols, Mrs. Fred Warburg and Mrs. Margaret White—will be sold at the fair. A value of $3,000 has been placed on the rug.

Horse Seminar
The Madison County 4-H Horse and Pony Club will sponsor a Quarter Horse and Appaloosa seminar Nov. 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The program will be the first of a series of horse seminars to be ‘conducted by the'club in the next few months. Horseshoe Farm, Rapidan, will host the event.
