Luke suggested that the Supervisors “delete” the funding request for optional purchased services but restore the funds for man* datory programs that “involve children.”
“Before you vote, I’d like to say one more thing,” Mrs. Buntin responded. She noted that the amount of money needed to cover shortages in both mandatory and optional programs was just $3,000
