Kerin Gentry, 13, son of Mr. and Mrs. LeRue Everett Gentry, has won a set of four “Tell Me Why" books for a paper on “What Made Glaciers Move During the Ice Age” which was published in the “Richmond News Leader.”

Elder Kirby Shenk of Luray and Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryville were Monday evening guests of Mr. and Mrs. James R. Peyton and family.

Misses Nina and Gladys Jenkins and Mrs. Lucy Jenkins visited Mr. and Mrs. Tom Meredith in Culpeper Sunday.

The Rev. W. B. Dennis returned home Saturday after a week’s stay in Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg. Visitors during the weekend were Richard Dennis and daughter of Culpeper and Mrs. Edith Green.
