"This is the most complicated budget I’ve ever seen,” commented Col. Luke. “It’s too intertwined...No reflection on you,” he added to Mrs. Buntin. Luke suggested that she write the State Welfare Department, objecting to the required fonnat.
“I’ve done so,” Mrs. Buntin answered.

Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence A. Ricker, jr., formerly of Huntly and now of Chester, announce the birth on October 31 of a 7 lb. 4 oz. daughter, Kari Ann. The mother is the former Sharon Kuhns of Newport News.
