WHEREAS, Edward Moffett Jones has served as Clerk of Rappahannock County Circuit Court and as Clerk of Rappahannock County for a period of more than fourteen years, and
WHEREAS, Ned, as he is known by his friends, has been a loyal, efficient, and devoted public servant, and
WHEREAS, Edward MoffetT Jones has requested to be retired and his request has been honored,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County express its gratitude to Edward Moffett Jones for his years of service to the Board and to all of the citizens of Rappahannock County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be sent tb Edward Moffett Jones, a copy be published In the Rappahannock News, and a copy be entered In the Minute Book of the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County.
