1 pint peeled and sliced peaches*
4 tablespoons powdered peach gelatin*
3 tablespoons corn starch
Combine sugar and corn starch well. Add water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until clear. Remove from heat, stir in gelatin and pour mixture over sliced peaches arranged in pie shell. Refrigerate until the filling holds its shape. Serve topped with whipped cream.
*Strawberries and strawberry gelatin can be substituted to make strawberry pie.)
