Sprinkle with granulated sugar and nutmeg. Beat together the egg and cream and pour over peaches. Mix the brown sugar, flour and butter together until crumbly and sprinkle over top. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
