The son of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin R. Kilby of Sperryville, Bill graduated from Rappahannock County High School, the University of Virginia and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He and his wife, Jean, are living in Penn Laird, Virginia, where he will be associated with Dr. Lynn Lambert in the practice of pediatrics in the Harrisonburg area.
