The Rappahannock Board of Zoning Appeals handily approved three applications for houses at Friday’s meeting.
The board members questioned whether Edgar Brenner even needed their approval to build his—a reconstruction of the hundredyear-old George Smoot house that burned down in Harris Hollow.
