Flint Hill fire and rescue volunteers say the 1983 carnival was “the best yet.” Fire company secretary Moe Walker reports gross proceeds in excess of $35,000 and thanked all those who contributed their time, talent, and gifts, especially those who worked during the four nights of the carnival.
Walker also announced winners of the big prizes given away Saturday night.
