In the meantime, he plans to stay busy with the refinishing and restoration end of Wood-Thoughts, refining his skills along with the antique furniture and squeezing an hour here and there for the art that goes into the shadow box miniatures.
He has an unlikely assistant in his daughter, Anna, a little blonde beauty at an age that’s usually more interested in doll babies than repairing chairs. “She’s my right-hand man,” her proud daddy reported. “People won’t believe me but she’s a great help and she’s getting better all the time,” Harrison said, earning a big smile
