2. An Affidavit having been made that Flossie Jackson Van Alstyne, Edward J. Jackson, Delmore Jackson, Donald L. Jackson, Gerald R Jackson, Lela Jackson Gibbons, George Jackson, Rufus Jackson, Janet Jackson, Sarah Valentine Mike. Milton Grant, Jr., Mattie Grant, Joe Warner, Francine Warner, Bruewood Grant, Jr., Joyce E. (Grant) High, Edith Walker Payne, Davey Jackson, Joyce Jackson, Willie Wood Warner, Don Jose High, Jacqueline High, Louise Merritt Grant, John Richard Majors, Gerald Majors, Margaret Majors and unknown heirs of Albert Grant (probably deceased) and Wood Grant (died in 1941) are not residents of this State and an Affidavit having been made and filed that Dorothy Grant Scott’s last known residence was at 108 S. Barton Street, Arlington, Virginia, 22204, and the bill stating there are or may be persons interested in the property to be divided whose names are unknown and making them parites, Complainant, by the general description of 'Parties Unknown', and an Affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown, such unknown parties, being the widow, heirs, devisees and successors, in title to Albert Grant and Wood Grant, record owners of the said property in 1888.

It is ordered that the said nonresident respondents named in Paragraph #2 of this Order, if any of them be living, and the said persons made respondents by the general description of 'Parties Unknown', do apperar within fifty (50) days after the entry of publication (October 3, 1983) and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this Order be published for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published in and having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
