Rappahannock County, I have introduced a bill to allow the Corporation Commission to consider the environmental effects of power lines as small as 100 kilovolts rather than 200 kilovolts or more as is now the case. I expect some middleground will have to be found on this matter as there is extreme opposition to the 100 kilovolt level.
