Principal Cogar has extended an invitation and has offered his time “to anyone who cares about educational excellence;” surely he includes members of nearby School Boards. 1 most earnestly urge the members of our School Board to accept his invitation, not for a “once-over-lightly” visit but, rather, for a thorough-going inspection to see in operation Principal Cogar’s system and methods.
Mr. Cogar says the full “cook’s tour” would require five hours. I would suggest that the board set aside (by prior arrangement with Mr. Cogar) a full day for (his very important educational experience. Needless to say, the visiting group should include senior administrative
