The board found unanimously that to allow the special use permit would go against the planned use and development of the area. They also found three to one (with Lee Bird in disagrement) that to permit a second dwelling would go against the predominent character of the neighborhood.
Hur
Jon Hur had asked for an extension on his permit to place an additional dwelling on his property off Route 641 in Flint Hill. The permit was approved last summer and will expire on June 10. Hut's request for a three year extension had been tabled at the December meeting so Hur could meet with the board and explain why he needed more time.
