Mason Carbaugh, Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services, today announced that Chessie System Railroads is reducing the transportation charges on hay originating in Detroit, Erie and Monroe, Michigan, and delivered to Charlottesville, Richmond and Staunton.
