President Helen Holschuh reported that the state convention of garden clubs will be held May 7-9 in Abingdon. She also announced the election of Betty Sims to the scholarship board.
Majorie Albright presented an informative report on the mockingbird and gave out booklets on “Feeding the Wild Birds.” Copies of the booklet are available through the Extension Office.
Refreshments were served to the 28 members at the February meeting by Harriet Stokes, Edna Metzinger and Marta Tholand.
