1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt Mix apples and sugar. Add oil, nuts, egg and vanilla. Mix and sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt and add to mixture. Put in a greased 8x8 pan and bake at 360 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or untO it shrinks from edge of pan. Serve with ice cream or warm vanilla sauce.
