RESOLUTION WHEREAS The Child Care and Learning Center, Irtc. lies in Rappahannock County, and WHEREAS the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors wishes to Ahow its support for this worthwhile institution, and, WHEREAS The Child Care and Learning Center, Inc. has shown enormous creativity and energy in having raised $78,000.00 and a matching grant for $75,000.00 from the Grave Foundation, and WHEREAS the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors must fund the public matters before it and does not wish to establish a precedent by showing monetary support of charitable organizations,
