Legislative Aide To Visit William W. Pifer, assistant to Seventh District Congressman J. Kenneth Robinson (R) is scheduled to be at the courthouse in Washington October 17 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Pifer will meet with constituents who wish to discuss concerns of a federal nature; he also will relay opinions and problems to the congressman.
