The Sperryville 4-Hers held their monthly meeting September 17. Seventeen children between the ages of 9 and 19 make up the group. Meetings are held for one hour on every third Monday.
Due to the return of school, attendance has decreased, but leader Barbara Burke states, “I am sure the attendance will increase once the children and their parents are situated into a regular routine again.”
4-Hers have begun to work on various projects of their choice. The Sperryville 4-H Club is thankful to aQ of the projects leaders that donate their time and energies to the group.
Two of the youngest members, Christie and Heather Estep, are now putting the finishing touches on skirts that they made themselves under the direction of Mrs. L. 3\ Crews of Ice
