NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, and Article 17 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, notice is hereby given that on October 17,1984 at seventhirty o’clock in the evening (7:30 p.m.) the Rappahannock County Planning Commission and the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing at the Courthouse Building in the Town of Washington, Virginia to consider amendments to Article 9, Section 9-7 and Article 10, Section 10-1 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973 at which landowners and other persons affected thereby may appear and present their views. The proposed amendments would permit the construction of certain accessory buildings which do not have plumbing or sewer facilities therein to be constructed in the Floodplain District under certain conditions therein more specifically set forth. Copies of the proposed amendment are on file at the office of the Clerk’s Office, Washington, Virginia and available for public inspection Monday through Friday, 8:30 am. to 4:30 p.m.
