In execution of a certain deed of trust from Stephen Crumley and Marilyn Crumley, a/k/a Marilyn Joy Gayter to Douglas K. Baumgardner, Trustee, dated February 24, 1983 and recorded February 24, 1983 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Deed Book 143 at Page 790. default having been made in the payment of the debt therein secured and being required to do so by the noteholder, the undersigned Trustee, Douglas K.
