Sperry ville Ladies Auxiliary at the fire hall on Saturday evening were Mr. and Mrs. Richard Jenkins, Mr. and Mrs. William Dodson and their families and Mr. and Mrs. David Bates.
Mrs. Gertrude McElwey of Holyoke, Massachusetts spent the past ten days here at Dun-Loo kin with Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Wood. The two ladies grew up together in Massachusetts and had not seen each other for forty years.
Mr. Slant Weaver of Washington and his son, John of Reston, who was visiting him spent several days here last week with Mr. and Mrs. Nick Penaranda. Mrs. Paul Butler, Mrs. George Butler and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Duncan joined the group in the Penaranda home for dinner on Thursday.
Miss Donna Fincham was a Saturday guest of Miss Sandra Atkins in Washington and later they visited Mrs. Jean Hickman and daugher, Jeanne in Amissville and in the evening the group were guests of Miss Carol Fincham in Culpeper.
