Recognizing the outstanding contributions of C E. Johnson, Jr, a founder of the Rappahannock County Farm Bureau, over 27 continuous years of dedicated membership, as a Board member for 27 years, as President for several years, and as a member of the Virginia Farm Bureau State Board, the Rappahannock County Farm Bureau, at its Annual Meeting this date in Washington.
