It appearing that a report of the accounts of Peter H Luke, Personal Representative of the Estate of Caldwell Jackson Stuart, deceased, and Of the debts and demands against his estate has been filed in the Clerk’s Office of this Court, and that six months have elapsed since the qualification, on motion of Peter H. Luke, the personal representative, IT IS ORDERED that the creditors of, and all others interested in, the estate do show cause, if any they can, on the 6th day of December, 1984 at 9:00 a m. before this Court at its courtroom against the payment and delivery of the Estate of Caldwell Jackson Stuart, deceased, to the Alamo National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, Trustee under the will of Caldwell Jackson Stuart, without refunding bond
