Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Jett Washington of Marlow Heights, Maryland, died on Wednesday, October 31 at her residence.
Mrs. Washington was the daughter of Irma Jett of Flint Hill and the late Willie R. Jett.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband, Clarence Washington; one son, Ricardo (Ricky) Washington at home; two sisters, Leanna Jett of Flint Hill and Margaret Jett of Flint Hill; three nieces, two nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, November 5 at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Flint Hill by the Rev. John R. Pendleton. Burial was in the Russell’s cemetery at Huntly.
