The Authority also voted to enter into the next steps necessary for an audit with two firms that met the deadline requirements. Those two firms were Young, Nicholas & Mills Company in Culpeper, and Dennis A. Bailey from Orange.
Dennis appointed Carson Johnson, Baumgardner, and Cilimberg to a committee to consider the issuance of user agreements to individual home owners in Sperryville and the best way to obtain the property needed for easements. The committee is to begin both processes.
The next Authority meeting will be on December 6 at 7:30 p.m. in the courthouse.
