Between the ice and the snow and the freezing temperatures, the past six weeks have been riddled with cancellations of this, cancellations of that, and so on, and so on.

Marty Cannon has been having a time with the snow and bad road conditions every Thursday, when it’s time to drive her four year old daughter, Ashleigh, to her ballet lessons in Culpeper.

And the school children of Rappahannock have been out of school two or three days every week since Christmas! Talk about cabin fever!!
