United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, Charlottesville Division, United States of America v. Real Property and Improvements known as Parcel 14, Sommarbeth Estates Subdivision, Rappahannock County, Virginia, Civil. Action No. 85-0009-C. On Jan 25, 1985, a Complaint for Forfeiture was filed with the Clerk of the U S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia which alleged that the defendant properly is sub|ect to forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C S 881. Based on the said complairtf a Memorandum of Lis ” Pendens against the property was filed on Jan 28, 1985 Any person having an interest in said property, in order to protect and assert said interests during, these proceedings, must file his verified claim within ten days after the publication of this Notice and serve his answer to the complaint within twenty days after the filing of the claim.
