PUBLIC HEARING The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors has received from the Planning Commission an application for establishment of an Agricultural and Forestal District in the Wakefield District, of Rappahannock County, Virginia which has recommended approval of same. The application is made pursuant to Chapter 36, Section 15.1-1509 of the Code of Virginia, 1950 as amended. Pursuant to Sections 15.1-431 and 15.1-1511 of the Code of Virginia as amended, and Article 17-3 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given of the following (i) The aforesaid proposal is on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors (ii) The names of those applying for said Agricultural and Forestal District and the owners of those properties included in such District are as follows 1. W. and J. Krebser 2. David Semmes 3. William F. and Janet W. Pumphrey 4. Billy L. and Ray B. Smeltzer (Smelzer) (iii) The Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing as to the aforesaid application on March 4, 1985 in the Courthouse, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia at 10:00 A.M.
