Routes 211 & 522, thence S 84° 00' 44" W (passing over a concrete monument set on the easterly side of Business Routes 211 & 522 at 1250.12 feet) 2692.17 feet to a point, monument to be set at a future date, thence N 18° 59’ 49" E (passing over a concrete monument set on the southerly side of Piedmont Street at 2142.58 feet) 3634.76 feet to a concrete monument set on the westerly side of Virginia Route 622, thence N 86° 15' 17" E 1129.41 feet to a concrete monument set on the westerly side of Virginia Route 628, thence S 30° 05' 54" E 1961.41 feet to a concrete monument set on the northerly side of Business Routes 211 & 522, thence S 02° 13’ 46” E 764.28 feet to a post in the right of way fence line of U S. This notice is being published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock and the Town of Washington, Virginia. A copy of the agreement relative to the establishment of said boundary line between the County of Rappahannock, Virginia and the Town of Washington, Virginia has been posted at the front door of the Courthouse in the Town of Washington, Virginia in the same manner that other public notices are posted. A copy of said agreement is also on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County, Virginia.
The County of Rappahannock, Virginia and the Town of Washington, Virginia, shall within 30 days from the last day this notice is published, petition the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County, Virginia pursuant to Section 15.1-1031.3 of the Code of Virginia, to establish the boundary line between them in accordance with the above description.
