Miss Virginia Graham Reuling, daughter of Mrs. Thomas Davis of Richmond and Dr. Frank Harold Reuling, Jr. of Berryville, was married on January 26, 1985, to Jackson Newbill Miller, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Jackson Newbill Miller of Washington. The wedding took place at Partridge Hill, Richmond, home of the bride’s mother, with the Reverend Jennings Hobson III officiating. A wedding dinner followed at the Bull and Bear Club. The bride was escorted by her father and wore a dress of white cotton with a silk sash. She carried a bouquet of baby’s breath, pink sweetheart roses, gardenias and fuchsia. Miss Mellyn Ann Reuling, the bride’s sister, was maid of honor. She wore a Williamsburg blue dress and carried a tied bouquet of baby’s breath, fuchsia, gardenias and stephanitis. William Hodgkin Miller, brother of the groom served as best man. The bride is a graduate of Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York and is currently attending graduate school at the University of Virginia. Mrs. Miller is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Tufts of Atlanta, Georgia and Dr. and Mrs. Frank Harold Reuling of Waterloo, Iowa. The bridegroom is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is currently a partner of Timber Management Inc. in Washington, Virginia. Mr. Miller’s grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. David D. Miller of Washington. The couple will live at Ginger Hill Farm in Washington.
