Florence Mahoney

Florence Virginia Mahoney, 89, of Bentonville, died Monday, February 11 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Chester Gap Baptist Mission by the Rev. Cecil Jones and the Rev. William L. Alford. Burial will be in the Williams Family Cemetery in Chester Gap.
Mrs. Mahoney was bom April 13, 1895, in Fauquier County, daughter of the late Presley and Edmonia Elliott Johnson. She was a member of Bentonville Community Tabernacle Church.
Her late husband was Noah H. Mahoney.
Surviving are two sons, James R. Mohoney of Chester Gap and Walter A. Mahoney Sr. of Bentonville; three daughters, Annie Virginia Walters of Bentonville, Elizabeth Riley of Middletown and Mary Anna North of Front Royal; a sister, Dora Warfield of Glenwood, Md.; 38 grandchildren; 50 greatgrandchildren; and 10 great-greatgrandchildren.
Turner- Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal is in charge of arrangements.
William Jenkins

William Jenkins, 76, of Winchester, died Sunday, February 10 in Winchester.
He was bom in Rappahannock County, a son of the late Wade and Cora Lee Burke Jenkins.
*He is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were conducted on Tuesday at Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of the arrangements.
