Sufferers of ecological illness are not the only purchasers of the Birds’ products. “We market to anyone who wants the products,” Bird said. “There are a lot of people who like the idea of eating clean, non-toxic foods.”
Bird not only likes the idea of eating non-toxic foods, he also likes the idea of working on a biological farm. “It’s important to me to farm this way because it scares me to think of how toxic most chemicals are,” Bird said. “It is illogical to think that anything that turns the ground brown won’t do anything to you.”
