could get rich on 622. The Boy Scouts did some collecting here for several years. I do not think local persons are as responsible for the trash, as I do, the visitors. One day I got out to see a huge pile of papers blowing around in my driveway and found names and addresses from Culpeper.
I do agree the law should do more watching and levy fines. Maybe persons who were caught could be publicized and put on a trash patrol as Eric suggested. Anything is worth a try. Rappahannock is supposed to ■ be a beautiful and desirable place to be, and live, do not let it be destroyed.
