Judge John Alexander decided to continue one of the driving while intoxicated cases brought before him during Tuesday’s General District Court in consideration of a clean driving record and a steady work record.
Frank Lewis Nibblins pled guilty to the DWI charge, and it was stated in court that Nibblins had been arrested for DWI in Culpeper County a few weeks before he was arrested in Rappahannock. Before those offenses, Nibblins had had a clean driving record for 15 years.
1 Nibblins has a full-time job in Culpeper and also works two part-time jobs. “I think that a man who works as hard as Mr. Nibblins does deserves some consideration,” Judge Alexander said.
Judge Alexander accepted the guilty plea and continued the case to October 8 on the conditions that Nibblins complete the ASAP program and commit no further violations. If Nibblins completes ASAP before October 8, Judge Alexander said that he would deal with the.case at that time. ■'
