That was one run and we had one other where we raced along across a field, over a rail alongside the river, over a coop and then onto a gravel road down to a field —with the coop leading from the road into the field — it was very exciting and thoroughly enjoyable.
And when we weren’t running or were waiting the company was good to talk to.
Near the end we stopped by the new kennels — still being built in an old converted bam at the side of the new race course — for some of the members to take a look.
All in all it was a lot of fun.
