IT IS ORDERED that the named Defendants and any persons who may have an interest in the subject matter of this suit and who have been made Defendant in this suit by the general description of “Parlies Unknown", do appear before the Circuit Court of Fauquier County on the 14th day of May, 1985 at 10:00 a m. and do whatever is necessary to protect their interest
