Davis is forthright and reasonable on a great many issues of concern to Virginia’s future. He set out early in his campaipi his positions on all sorts of matters in a "Blueprint for Virginia’s future.” First among his concerns are education, improved employment opportunities, the protection of our environment and an economical and efficient government. These are all solidly “conservative” concerns in the best sense of that frequently abased word.
