In the trial Mr. Lee accused Ms. Williams of brandishing a firearm at this point. Ms. Williams declared that the only object she had in her possession at the time that could have resembled a weapon was her camera with its extended lens.

Judge Lynn found her not guilty of brandishing a firearm.
