(Continued from Page 1) Mr. Kramer called a hasty meeting of the Town Council to order on December 5 to address the issue. During that meeting it was decided that the permit could not be voided because of possible improper notice of the meeting being given to council members. (.Later in the December 11 meeting the mayor said that the council will have to address the question of what constitutes “reasonable notice” when he notifies other members about special sessions.)
During this meeting it was decided that the Krebser-Martin application would be dicussed at the regular Town Council meeting on January 8. This date was decided in order that proper time be allowed to readvertise the meeting.
